Traditional protective shields are not designed for optical use. Other protective shields do not feature cutouts and are too wide for arms to reach around, therefore optical staff is not able to properly, and safely, care for a patient’s needs.
These are freestanding units and are compatible with most dispensing tables, are easy to sanitize, and can be moved to other dispensing areas with ease. They also knockdown for easy storage for when not in use, and have a simple assembly process.

You may return new, unopened EMist sprayers within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product was received as a result of our error (product was incorrect, damaged or defective) we will either replace the item or you will receive a refund once the item is returned. Incorrect or unwanted items must be unopened in order to be returned. We must be notified of all returns within fifteen (15) days from receipt of product. All returns must have a return authorization number, which is valid for seven (7) days from issuance. Unless the product is found innately defective or was shipped in error, all freight charges and any special costs incurred by In Office Sterilization shall be fully borne by the company requesting the return. Failure to follow return procedures as detailed above may result in credit refusal. Rejected merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Write the return authorization number clearly on the return shipping label. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT- DOMESTIC
Do to the HIGH Demand of the EMist Sprayer, we are doing our best to meet the demand of our customers. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. (No Exceptions)
EMist Sprayers and signage ship from our warehouse. Clean Republic Disinfectant + Sanitizer products ship direct from the manufacturer. Timing of Clean Republic shipments are affected by their production capacity and manufacturing schedule. Clean Republic products may arrive before or after the EMist Sprayer and signage arrive.
All orders for in-stock EMist and signage merchandise usually leave our warehouse within 48 hours of order placement, provided the items are in stock. Unless otherwise specified, we will use FedEx Ground Service for shipments within the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. Standard Overnight and 2-day services are also available. Your email address will be used both to contact you about any problems that may arise in the processing of your order, as well as serving as a contact point for our shipper to send you an email notification that the order has shipped and to supply you with a tracking number. If you have questions about the location of your order, please check the email address you provided first to see if you have already received this information.
Orders that have been requested to be shipped 2-day or Overnight will be sent out the next business day.
Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order. If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be a separate shipping charge.
Weights shown on InOfficeSterilzation.com are individual, un-packaged item weights. Maximum individual item weight for FedEx Ground, Standard Overnight and 2-Day Service is 150lbs. Orders that include individual items that exceed the maximum weight for the shipment method selected will not calculate shipping costs upon checkout. In Office Sterilization will contact you to process the shipping charges before your order is shipped.
